Leakage services

Inspection, testing, repair and documentation

We handle the whole leakage case: find the source, coordinate the parties, repair the defect and document the work.

Types of leakage

Common inter-floor leakage sources

Bathroom & waterproofing

Failed floor waterproofing, shower areas, floor traps and toilet outlets — the most common inter-floor source.

Pipes & concealed pipes

Supply, waste and concealed pipes inside walls and slabs, confirmed by pressure and flow tests.

Ceiling & slab

Water passing through the concrete slab into the ceiling below: stains, efflorescence and dripping.

Balcony & external wall

Rainwater ingress through balcony floors, external walls, windows and cracks.

Common property & corridors

Leaks affecting corridors and common areas, or originating from common pipes and risers.

Party walls

Damp and seepage through walls shared between two units.

Important notice
Inspection findings are based on visible site condition, information provided and tests conducted during the appointment. Some leakage sources may be concealed, intermittent or affected by weather, water usage and building conditions. Additional testing, opening works or monitoring may be required before source confirmation. Repair quotations may be revised if hidden damage, additional leakage points or different site conditions are discovered after opening or hacking works.
